The Problem: Negative Online Reputation

Have you ever taken a look at your customer ratings? Check Google, Yelp, and Social Media etc. to see what others are saying about you and your business. If your ratings are mostly good, then there is nothing to worry about. However, if you have overall negative reviews, then that’s hurting your business…a lot. When customers look for a new company, they look at customer reviews. In fact, 92% of consumers read online reviews and 68% say that positive reviews make them trust a business more. If those reviews are negative, then you are losing customers from it.

The Fix: Utilize Your Customers

To get your online business back on track and improve your online reputation, utilize the customers you do have. Don’t be hesitant to ask them to leave a good review or testimonial on Google, Yelp, or your Social Media sites. People trust other people’s reviews much more than they do a company’s statement. The more positive reviews you have, the better your online reputation will be and the more customers you will get.
